Edwards Ham Dinner

Friends, on July 20th please join Brasserie Saison and Chef Harrison Keevil of Keevil & Keevil Grocery & Kitchen and Commonwealth Restaurant & Skybar in welcoming Edwards Virginia Smokehouse for a 4-course dinner in celebration of the Cured: Central Virginia Bacon Festival!

Edwards is Virginia’s leading traditional ham producer, using methods that date back to Native Americans and the settlers at Jamestown.  Chefs Mike and Harrison will be preparing a 4-course menu using Virginia’s bounty of local ingredients and a variety of Edwards products.

We will be offering two seatings, at 6:00pm and 8:30pm.  Tickets to the dinner are $65 plus tax and gratuity, and we will be offering our full drink menu as well as pairings.  Cheers!
