Tomato Week

We are getting very excited for Tomato Week! Celebrate the peak of Summer’s bounty with us July 23-29. We’ll be featuring dishes and cocktails that highlight the delicious and versatile qualities of fresh Virginia tomatoes. Reservations suggested.

Restaurant Week 2018!

Eat like a king during Restaurant Week, July 13th – 22nd. 3 delicious courses for $35. Reservations suggested.

1st Course choice of:
Charred cucumbers with stracciatella, quinoa & zhoug or Smoked trout toast with local radish and microgreens

2nd Course choice of:
Traditional mussels with white wine, shallots and butter or Spicy sausage with marble potato salad, caramelized onion and pepper relish or Summer squash risotto with @caromontfarm chèvre and shaved fennel

3rd Course choice of:
Local peach gelato or Chocolate sorbet with sea salt and olive oil or Peanut butter gelato

Edwards Ham Dinner

Friends, on July 20th please join Brasserie Saison and Chef Harrison Keevil of Keevil & Keevil Grocery & Kitchen and Commonwealth Restaurant & Skybar in welcoming Edwards Virginia Smokehouse for a 4-course dinner in celebration of the Cured: Central Virginia Bacon Festival!

Edwards is Virginia’s leading traditional ham producer, using methods that date back to Native Americans and the settlers at Jamestown.  Chefs Mike and Harrison will be preparing a 4-course menu using Virginia’s bounty of local ingredients and a variety of Edwards products.

We will be offering two seatings, at 6:00pm and 8:30pm.  Tickets to the dinner are $65 plus tax and gratuity, and we will be offering our full drink menu as well as pairings.  Cheers!

Txakolina and $2 Oysters!

All month long in June (5 pm – 10 pm) we are offering $2 oysters on a half shell and Txakolina wine served straight from the porron! This tart Spanish wine complements our briny oysters to whet your appetite for the summer season!

Sunday Eggs Benefit – July charity for the Special Olympics VA

Every Sunday for the month of July we will be donating a portion of the proceeds from our Eggs Benefit Sunday Brunch to Virginia Special Olympics!
