      Our Saison has a lively level of carbonation that contributes to its effervescence and plays up the aromas and flavors of pear skin, spice, and the expected herbal funk of the classic Belgian yeast. With just enough bitterness, this brew finishes clean and dry.

      This is a delicious tip-of-the-hat to a classic style. This Dubbel has a huge nose of spice and dried dark fruits. Special B malts provide flavors of plums and fig, while Belgian yeast give clove like spiciness. A touch of bitterness and a dry finish make this an easy drinking brew. IBU 26, ABV 7.2%

      IPA - Double dry-hopped for maximum flavor with El Dorado, Mandarina Bavaria, and Cascade hops in both the whirlpool and dry hop for a super juicy and complex hop character.  IBU 54, ABV 6%

      Rye Porter - Taking inspiration from pumpernickel bread, this is the second brewing of Lead Cellarman Jason Okusa’s first Champion recipe. This time around, the caraway is even more present, creating a satisfying contrast to the rich malts. IBU 30, ABV 6.5%

      Mexican-Style Lager - A toasty maltiness gives depth and angth to this cousin of True Love. Brewed with corn as well as barley, a slight sweetness and low ABV makes this an ironically rewarding beer.  IBU 14, ABV 5.7%

      DIPA - When all the magic was completed on this brew, over 30lbs of hops were used (it was only a six barrel batch!) Incredibly dry, flavorful, and effervescent, this is one easy drinking DIPA. IBU 40, ABV 8.1%
