      Our Saison has a lively level of carbonation that contributes to its effervescence and plays up the aromas and flavors of pear skin, spice, and the expected herbal funk of the classic Belgian yeast. With just enough bitterness, this brew finishes clean and dry.

      This is a delicious tip-of-the-hat to a classic style. This Dubbel has a huge nose of spice and dried dark fruits. Special B malts provide flavors of plums and fig, while Belgian yeast give clove like spiciness. A touch of bitterness and a dry finish make this an easy drinking brew. IBU 26, ABV 7.2%

      A rare German-style brew, the gose is a slightly tart wheat ale made with salt during the brewing process. Our version has flavors of melon with yeast esters and a firm finish provided by Himalayan pink sea salt.  IBU 4, ABV 5%

      Barrel Fermented SourChampion’s official (sixth!) anniversary beer, this blended sour is aged in red and white barrels from Afton Mountain and King Family Vineyards. Melkor’s Dischord and Durin’s Bane are then added to refresh the brett and (good) bacteria.  IBU 2, ABV 5.2%

      Double IPA - This beefcake of an IPA was brewed to showcase the Idaho Gem hop. It has a malt base of Pilsner, Maris Otter, and Flaked Oat. Idaho Gem is added in the boil, whirlpool, and it is double-dry hopped. Time to get working in those biceps!  IBU 75, ABV 8.3%
